Ok, we need a flavor of the month.
Well, it's october so pumpkin would be an easy choice this month. But the easy route might not work that easy. You know I really like pumpkin pie, especially with a lot of whipped cream on it. Tasty stuff indeed. But pie in general is a good thing. You got your cherry pie and your apple pie which is great with ice cream. You know I really dig a warm peice of apple pie ala mode!
More things should be "ala moded". I think the world would be a better place with more "ala moded" things. Not everything though, I'm thinking bolgna ala mode might be a little bit gross
Where was I again? Oh yeah. A flavor.
Lets see I was talking about pumpkin pie with whipped cream when I got sidetracked into talking about pie ala mode.
Wait a minute!
That's It
Yes, sports fans I have found the flavor for this month and it's one we can all enjoy.
It's whipped cream, it's ice cream, it's whatever goes on top (even a cherry)
Yes, this months flavor is....
TOPPINGS! (and mix ins)
Even when the topping is the scoop of choice, it's good to go!
Ala mode to your hearts content. hot fudge, sprinkles, caramel, whipped cream, anchovies (well, maybe not anchovies but if that's your thing, have at it and knock yourself out!)

As always all chips, chunks, dips, dunks... (you know the rest!)
